We’re rather communist about money in this family. Well, about everything really. If I have it and you need it, if I’m not using it, well, go right ahead,

We have spent his relief money, plus some of mine, on new furniture. We have stimulated the economy! I will have a new (enormous) chair and he and Jennie will have a loveseat with power recliners. It’s a boring grey material, but they like it. And it’s grey, it’ll go with the other two mismatched chairs!

Thanks, Lan. Great to see you!
I'm feeling better. The major aches and chills started about 12 hours after my shot, and 12 hours after that, I'm already feeling a bit better. But MAN it kicked my butt for those 12 hours. Now my arm is just really really sore.

I'm just coming out of the symptoms for Pfizer #1 so I know what you're going through, Jeepz.

No cravings for human flesh though... I am disappoint.

I have my two weeks after shot 2 mark, still no mutant powers. Shot 1 kicked my butt a day after getting it, but second shot was very mild.

First shot though? I was like that, with added chills whenever I dared to out from under the blanket, for like three weeks. Yeah, I “survived it”. But only because I don’t have a job to be at - I can’t even imagine working from home, as sick as I was. I sort of paid attention to my husband to make sure he didn’t get worse (he had the cough) but basically I was just human sludge for almost a month.

So, I guess I can now go visit YarnMom and knit on her porch, if it ever gets nice out. Except then I will be sneezing and drippy because of the pollen.

Bah, I missed lunchtime Lan. Belatedly, what was for lunch, Lan?

Huzzah for Boardies getting vaccinated. Both rounds of Pfizer kicked my ass.

Breakfast time here.

I'm waiting for no 2 Pfizer in a week or two. Heard the second's the bitch.
